Titan Lending Expands Business with Second Location

Southlake, Texas: (October 27th, 2022) Titan Lending announced today the official opening of their second office location. Opening their new office in Southlake allows Titan Lending to serve the surrounding communities and support local realtor partners. Titan will host educational seminars for homeowners and realtors at its new location.


Titan Lending is a leading Mortgage Broker in the Texas marketplace. Titan’s office opens on October 27th, 2022. The move makes Titan Lending central to the Dallas and Fort Worth markets. While keeping its office in Dallas near American Airlines Center, the new Southlake office will serve as headquarters and enable Titan to handle direct residential customers and real estate agents in both locations. The Southlake location will allow Titan to hire more Loan Officers and support staff to manage its strategic relationships with local realtors.


Titan Lending is making waves in the mortgage broker community with its speed, customer service, and diverse portfolio of lending products. Titan Lending’s product lineup includes conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, Bank Statement, Asset Based, 1099, Foreign National, Fix & Flip, and ITIN loans. Titan Lending has recently refined its procedures to accomplish an industry-leading average of 12 days to close a home mortgage.
